We would like to call your attention to the upcoming Summer Research
Conference `Discrete and Computational Geometry: Twenty Years Later.'

This weeklong conference, sponsored jointly by the American
Mathematical Society, the Institute of Mathematical Statistics,
and the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics, is scheduled
to take place in Snowbird, Utah, starting on Sunday, June 18, and
ending on Thursday, June 22, 2006. It constitutes the third conference
in this decennial series, and at the same time marks the twentieth
anniversary of the founding of the Springer journal Discrete &
Computational Geometry.

The program will consist of a number of invited addresses, as well as
additional talks on ongoing or recent work, to be decided at the last
minute. Limited support is available to participants. Since space
itself is very limited, we urge you to indicate your interest as soon
as you possibly can.

The procedure for applying both for participation and support is spelled
out on the AMS web page devoted to the conference:

              http://www.ams.org/meetings/src-conflist.html.

Click on the third conference in the list, and follow the prompts.

We hope to see you in Snowbird next June!

Best regards,
Jacob E. Goodman, Janos Pach, and Ricky Pollack

P.S. If you have any students or postdocs who might be interested in
attending, please pass this letter on to them, and let them know that
there are some funds earmarked specifically for such support.
