Seeking C++ Software Engineer with Comp-Geom Experience

AirSage Inc. is seeking an energetic Senior Software Engineer to expand and enhance the company's unique product offering.  AirSage creates software that allows road traffic speeds and other information to be determined from cellular network signalling data.

The qualified candidate will possess EIGHT OR MORE of the following characteristics:

--*-- At least five years of solid C++ development experience, preferably on UNIX or Linux platforms

--*-- Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA&D) expertise

--*-- System Administration expertise on UNIX or Linux

--*-- Significant programming experience using template-based C++ libraries, including Boost, Loki, and the Standard Template Library (STL)

--*-- Computational Geometry expertise (experience with the CGAL library is a plus, as is Geographic Information Systems (GIS) programming experience) 

--*-- Distributed systems experience using CORBA or a similar technology (ACE/TAO is a plus)

--*-- Telecommunications Industry experience, or experience working with Federal, State, and Municipal Transportation departments

--*-- Excellent written communications skills

--*-- A driven, goal-oriented personality, and a willingness to take on administrative, documentation, testing, or analysis tasks when necessary

--*-- An ability to work independently, yet sill provide regular and insightful communication to upper management
