The Graphics Gems series is a good starting point.  It continues in
a journal entitled 'journal of graphics tools' published by A K
Peters Ltd.  I would also recommend 

O'Rourke, J. Computational Geometry in C. Cambridge University Press, 
Cambridge, UK, 1994, 368 pp.
